My name is Darius Battle (Dariano) I'm 25 years old, and I am a artist/musician/producer. I have been blessed to play many instruments with the piano/keyboard being my favorite. Since I was a young child, jazz music has captured my heart. I listened to it in the car with my father, and soon began to listen to the genre on my own. Growing up listening to great inspirational artist such as Stevie Wonder, Najee, Dave Koz, Thelonieus Monk, Charlie Parker, John Coltrane, Brian Culbertson, and etc.
There's something about jazz music that captures the hearts of people all around. The sad part is; it can rarely be found as a love for someone my age. Because of this, I have decided to pursuit my passion and develop a Jazz EP titled “Meditation” that will be released early spring of 2012.
Seldom do I see my peers pursuing positive things, and I want to be that light that gives someone else the courage to do the same thing.

1. I played with numerous of group such as, “Nathan Smith & The Next Level, The Music Suite, Urban Flow.”

2. Recomposed and instrumental track Called “Crusin” by DeAngelo for Nathan Smith and won 1st place in the 2007 Dream Cruise


3. I’ve worked with “Symphony” “C.E.O. of Symphonic Jointz Productions” Credits “Young Jeezy, Young Joc, Ice Cube, Stat Quo”
4. I‘ve worked with multi platinum producer “Kenny Flav” Credits “Mary J Blige, Janet Jackson, Busta Rhymes, Gerald Levert, Next .”

5. I’ve performed at numerous Detroit venues such as “Club Privie, The Vu, Club Rhino, The Princess Boat, Club Tavern, I’ve also opened up for R & B artist Ginuwine.”
6. As a musician I’ve provided services for the following churches, “New Beginnings Ministry, Uniting Faith and Family Outreach, Faith Covenant Church, Agape Fellowship.”
